Iota Nu Nu · Chapter meeting

Dues made easier.
Every ticket accounted for.

Demonstration only. Dues use Stripe test mode. Event purchases are simulated. This preview does not collect money or replace the current ticket provider.

1. Dues payments

A brother requests payment options through his roster email, chooses full payment or installments, and completes hosted checkout. The KRS/KF verifies the payment against the dues record.

  1. Open dues access and explain the email verification step.
  2. Use a prepared sandbox link to demonstrate checkout with test details.
  3. Show the matching test payment and tracker entry only after reconciliation is verified.

Use an authorized test roster record. Requesting links sends a real email containing test links. A checkout return screen alone is not proof of payment.

2. Ticket accountability

75 numbered physical activation cards. Fifteen batches of five. Every card stays linked to its assigned brother and payment record.

  1. Assign five cards to Demo Brother.
  2. Try another batch: outstanding cards block it.
  3. Activate one card and show the separate admission QR.
  4. Return the other four, reconcile cash if any, and export the register.
  5. Check in an admission twice to show duplicate protection.

Print demonstration cards

How the physical cards work

The printed serial and QR are generated together from the same 75-record register. A guest scans the card to activate and pay. After confirmed payment, the system issues an admission ticket. The printed activation card by itself is not proof of payment.

Direct online payment goes to the chapter’s configured payment account. If a brother accepts cash, it remains awaiting remittance until an authorized officer records receipt. No new batch should be issued until outstanding cards and cash are reconciled.

For this demo, keep assignment and activation in the same browser. Each browser has separate demonstration inventory. Public distribution requires shared live inventory and permanent public QR addresses.

Why sell through our website?

One chapter experience

Guests start on our website alongside our programs and event information.

Brother accountability

The design connects physical serials, assignments, orders, remittances, and admission records.

Chapter responsibility

We must operate payment reconciliation, guest support, refunds, security, and door check-in. Processing and hosting still have costs; savings have not yet been established.
